What if I am not satisfied with my resume or cover letter?Once the final version of the resume or cover letter is delivered, we cannot issue a refund. We strive to keep our clients happy so through communication, we believe we can reach a resolution.

I’ve never done anything like this. What should I expectIf you’re feeling apprehensive about interview mentoring, it may help to understand what it entails. You will receive a one-to-one session an interview expert who will use impactful questions to best understand your career objectives and ultimately work towards meeting them. We will provide commonly asked questions and will teach you how to effectively answer them. We will provide techniques that will calm those interview nerves which will send you into the room projecting confidence and credibility. You may also participate in a mock interview depending on the service you select or we can take smaller steps through discussion. We will provide you with all the tools so that you feel ready to master that interview. Working with us will be one of the best investments you can make in yourself and your career. There are tons of free resources available online, but we highly recommend going with us so that you get one-on-one personalized coaching.

What if I am not satisfied with my mentoring session?Unfortunately, once a session is completed, we cannot issue a refund. However, we strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns or comments to your mentor. In nearly all cases, your mentor will be able to help you find a resolution.

Why are some services more costly than others?Legacy Legend Mentoring is broken down into three different price levels. Legacy Mentoring, Legend Mentoring and Legacy Legend Mentoring Elite. Each service provides clients with a more in depth knowledge of the interviewing process which provides our clients with the opportunity to select the service that fits their specific needs. Our mentor is aware that every situation is unique and each individual has their own skill sets strengths , which is why it’s so important to take the time to research our offered services to find the right one for you personally. Your mentor will strive to help you meet your career goals no matter what service is selected.

How long does it take to start working with the coach?After you book a session, your mentor will confirm the booking and be connected to you via email by the next business day (keep an eye on spam).

How long does it take to complete Resume Review & Cover Letter Writing?Typically, it takes 1 week to complete a written session depending on your schedule, the mentor’s schedule, and rounds of edits.
